Just fifty metres from Piazza Capo de' Fiori, one of the liveliest and most remarkable places in the historical centre of Rome, "La Locanda" is a splendid independent apartment in a building surrounded by lovely art and with prestigious frescoes on the walls. Right in the heart of amazing Rome, it is beside all the famous landmarks in the city: Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon, Saint Peter's and the archaeological wonders of the Forums, all just a walk away.

The apartment, which has been perfected to the minimum detail, has one bedroom, an independent kitchen with all mod cons (including a washing machine), a bathroom and a lovely sitting room with matrimonial sofa bed.

In the sitting room, you can have fun amongst the charm of a large, well-lit and perfectly furnished environment. Not to mention the fine fireplace.

This is a Sixteenth-Century building and, as with the vast majority of historical Roman buildings of the kind, there is no lift. Don't worry, however; the apartment is only on the third floor!

Just two minutes away from Piazza Capo de' Fiori and its colourful daily market and open-air bars and eateries, Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona; just 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the delightful Trastevere region, the Coliseum and Saint Peter's. Via del Pellegrino, like Via Dei Banchi Vecchi, is in a fine area dotted with old antique shops and craft shops which bring to mind a Rome of another era.
