The "Al Colosseo" bed and breakfast is a
charming B&B right in the centre of Rome, just
200 metres from the Coliseum. This apartment has
just been restructured and still maintains its
original charm: brickwork flooring, 4-metre high
ceilings, linear and extremely elegant
furniture. The B&B is run with extreme skill, is
spick and span at all times and is nicely sober.
It has four lovely double rooms, all of which
have private en-suite bathrooms. Here, all the
archaeological and renaissance jewels of Rome
are just a short walk away.
In these rooms, then, you can choose between a
double bed or two singles. They are all very
quiet and peaceful, elegantly furnished and
equipped with all mod cons. Another plus: they
all look onto a lovely internal courtyard, a
further guarantee of peace and quiet.
The fine breakfast is served in the kitchen
which is also available to guests at all times:
why not make use of all the kitchen utensils and
appliances and relax with a nice cup of tea or
coffee?
The position of the "Al Colosseo" bed and

it is located links the Coliseum to the "S.
Giovanni in Laterano" Basilica and is very
quiet, with very little traffic. Here, you are
just 300 metres from the Coliseum and all the
other archaeological delights of the Eternal
City, such as Palatine Hill and Domus Aurea
(Nero's Golden House). And it is just a little
further to the rest of Rome's wonders (all, in
fact, just a pleasant walk away). |
