Our booking procedure
Your request first: In
order to
make a booking for one of the accommodation presented in
"In Rome bed and breakfast" you have to make a
request first. Browsing the website you'll find in every
page a "send a request" link. Since we work with
small family run accommodation as apartments and bed
and breakfast, we have to be completely sure that the
choosen accommodation is available on the dates required
and that the accommodation is opened at that time.
We
check availability: as soon as we receive your
request we check with the accommodation you have choosen
(or we do a search if you have sent a general enquiry)
and we reply to your e-mail providing you with a certain
availability notice and with the exact rates per room
per night.
You
make a definitive booking:Once you have received our
availability e-mail you will have 24-48 hours to
definitely book that accommodation (if you want to)
following the booking instrucions you'll find in our
e-mail. As for the definitive booking this can be done
preferably by fax (which is still the safest way to send
sensitive data). We will send you by e-mail the form
that you have to send by fax. You will be required to
provide in the fax your credit card details. In the same
fax you will also find clearly expressed the
cancellation policy.
A safe
system: This, according to us, is the safest way to
make a booking being sure that you'll get exactly the
accommodation you have seen on the web. With an on-line
booking unfortunately you can't be sure that the
availability system is updated. Booking through us you
know you have to do with humans who will personally
check if everything is in oder before allowing you to
make a definitive booking. Moreover we are always
available to answer personally to your questions by
e-mail or by phone. Booking with us you have at your
disposal an help desk and somebody to talk to if you
need it.
No
extra costs: Our booking system is free of charge
for you. There is no difference on the accommodation
rates if you book through us or if you book directly
with the accomodation innkeeper
Here
the points of our procedure:

make a request via e-mail for a specific
accommodation or a general request of accommodation
in Rome writing down your check in date and check
out date, number of people travelling and type of
rooms required. We prefer a simple e-mail so that
you can freely write all your specific needs.

receive an e-mail from us (within 1 working day)
stating the availability of the accommodation
required or suggesting you an available
accommodation. In this e-mail you find the exact all
inclusive rate per accommodation per night (per room
or per apartment) and the definitive booking
procedure instrucions

If you
think that is the right accommodation for your stay
in Rome, you send a definitive booking form
by fax (or if you don't have a fax machine you send
the form as attachment via e-mail)

You
receive our definitive booking confirmation,
where you find all the useful information for you to
reach easily the accommodation in Rome. Exact
address, contact innkeeper telephone numbers, way to
reach the accommodation and so on.
